With a comprehensive background in the arts, Mr. Pavelock’s hands-on skills as director, producer and inventor have enabled Synthesis to consistently build and expand new products and brands with intrinsic values far above all competitors in a client's marketplace. In fact, Synthesis creates only “top of market” intellectual property products and brand iconography for all its clients, regardless of industry or present ranking therein.

An accomplished writer, design director, musician, engineer and multi-media producer, Mr. Pavelock has continually expanded the capabilities of Synthesis to include a full range of trademark, brand and IP product development services. Under his leadership, Synthesis has attracted a major national and international clientele, such as Roush Performance, Roush Racing, Guthy-Renker, Automobile Club of America, Caesar's World, Great Western Bank, Action Performance, Beverly Hills Motoring, Burger King, Caltrans, The Coca Cola Company, Enkei, International, Miss Universe, The National Audubon Society, Hughes, Nortel, Rexall, Toyota Performance, University of Southern California, Warner Bros. and many others. Most recently, Mr. Pavelock’s commercial successes have led the formation of product and brand co-development relationships with established companies such as Franklin-Covey, as well as with emerging organizations in the bio med, health, fitness, food, beverage and automotive industries.

Prior to forming Synthesis, Mr. Pavelock held corporate creative directorial positions with several major national advertising agencies and brand identity and product development design firms, with primary creative responsibility for Blue Diamond, The Brown Jordan Company, Bushnell/Bausch & Lomb, Businessland, Conroy’s, ESPN, Hewlett Packard, Knott’s Berry Farm, Lorimar Telepictures, Marriott Hotels, Southern California Gas Company, Transamerica Insurance and The Walt Disney Company.

Mr. Pavelock was awarded a Master of Arts Degree from the Trustees of Columbia University's Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.

Patricia Kennedy

A founding member of Synthesis, a corporate, product and brand development firm, Patricia Kennedy brings to the client/partners of this organization advanced symbolic logic talents, along with the marketing management skills to back it up. At Synthesis, Ms. Kennedy supervises the initiation and implementation of all exploratory creative research activities involved in defining new products, innovating new branding concepts, expanding existing markets and opening new and emerging markets. Under her leadership, Synthesis has attracted major national and international clientele, such as Franklin-Covey, Guthy-Renker, Body By Jake, Roush Performance, Roush Racing, Automobile Club of America, Caesar's World, Great Western Bank, Action Performance, Beverly Hills Motoring, Burger King, Caltrans, The Coca Cola Company, Enkei, International, Miss Universe, The National Audubon Society, Hughes, Nortel, Rexall, Tandon, Toyota Performance, University of Southern California, Warner Bros. and many others

Ms. Kennedy received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the State University of New York. She chose to begin her professional career as a business analyst for the prestigious O'Melveny & Myers law firm in Los Angeles.  Seeking further credentials in the area of business, she returned to school to complete her Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Marketing Management at the University of Southern California, where she worked as a university research assistant and earned exemplary academic credentials. Notably, Ms. Kennedy has sat on the Board of Directors for USC's Marshall Alumni Association, the School of Business Administration’s Alumni Association. Most recently, Ms. Kennedy has structured a unique new product research and development joint venture initiative with USC’s Keck School of Medicine, in an effort to launch an innovative new personalized medicine product invented at Synthesis and slated for consumer launch in 2008. Ms. Kennedy’s  USC relationship has been instrumental to the success of Synthesis and its client partners.

Upon graduation from USC, Ms. Kennedy was recruited as a General Manager by Robert F. Jani Productions, a world-famous production company specializing in live entertainment events and experiences ranging from Superbowl Halftime shows to Presidential Inaugural Galas. As General Manager, her responsibilities included conceptual program management, project marketing, project budget maintenance, production team coordination, contract negotiation, client services and on-site quality control management.  During her tenure at Jani, she worked on such industry-noted events as the retail grand opening galas and ceremonies of The Rouse Company's Arizona Center, Oxford Development's Calgary Eaton Centre, The Edward J. DeBartolo's 50's themed Mall of the Mainland and Illinois Centre, Western Development's Franklin Mills, The Taubman Company's Columbus City Center as well as the spectacular, world-renowned 25th Anniversary Celebrations for the Government of Singapore and the 1991 and 1992 star-studded Republican Inaugural Galas
